The role and importance of TLRs (Toll-Like Receptors) in immunity
Abstract: Thirteen TLR have been described and characterized, including their structure and the way in which they act. The most typical molecular patterns of pathogens
(PAMP) have been described, specifically linked to various TLRs. The role and effect of TLR on immune system have been discussed, including involvement of the receptors in infections and other illness.
